Soft modified TPU particle 3135, also known as Matte Effect Masterbatch, it is a high-performance matting additive newly developed by Silike, formulated with Polyester TPU as the carrier. It is specifically designed to enhance the matte appearance of TPU films and products. This additives can be added and processing directly, do not need granulation. Additionally, it poses no risk of precipitation even with long-term usage.

Typical Application
Mix 10 % of 3135 with polyester TPU evenly, then directly cast to obtain a film with a thickness of 10 microns. Test the haze, light transmittance, and gloss, and, compare with a competing matte TPU product.

How to use
Addition levels between 5.0~ 10% are suggested.
It can be used in classical melt blending process like Single /Twin screw extruders, injection molding.
A physical blend with virgin polymer pellets is recommended.

25 kg/bag, waterproof plastic bag with PE inner bag.
Storage
Transport as non-hazardous chemical. Store in a cool, well ventilated place.
Shelf life
Original characteristics remain intact for 24 months from the production date, if kept in recommend storag.
