The SILIKE Si-TPV 3100-60A is a dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic silicone-based elastomer, created using a special compatible technology. This process allows silicone rubber to disperse evenly within TPU as 2-3 micron particles under a microscope. The resulting material combines the strength, toughness, and abrasion resistance of thermoplastic elastomers with the desirable properties of silicone, such as softness, a silky feel, UV light resistance, and chemical resistance. Additionally, it can be recycled and reused in traditional manufacturing processes.

A desiccant dehumidifying dryer is recommended for all drying.

Usable Life And Storage
Transport as non-hazardous chemical. Store in a cool, well ventilated place. Original characteristics remain intact for 24 months from the production date, if kept in recommend storage.
