SILIKE Si-TPV 3320-60A is a dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic silicone-based elastomer, produced using advanced compatible technology that ensures the even dispersion of silicone rubber in TPU as 1~3 micron particles under a microscope. This technology effectively addresses the compatibility issues between TPU and silicone. Its performance significantly exceeds that of standard thermoplastic vulcanized rubber (TPV), earning it the designation of super-grade TPV.

Si-TPV 3320-60A materials combine the strength, toughness, and abrasion resistance of thermoplastic elastomers with the desirable properties of silicone, such as softness, a silky feel, UV resistance, and chemical resistance. Additionally, they are recyclable and reusable in traditional manufacturing processes.

Applications

Si-TPV 3320-60A is an innovative material that offers a unique combination of excellent biocompatibility, low hardness, and outstanding resistance to both high and low temperatures. Its superior overmolding compatibility allows for efficient co-extrusion and two-color injection molding with engineering plastics such as polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC), making it ideal for applications involving frequent skin contact.

It is a reliable solution for achieving soft-touch overmolding in smartphones, portable electronic cases, smartwatch wristbands, wearable devices, straps, handle grips, and industrial components, without compromising comfort, aesthetics, or performance.

Usable Life And Storage

When stored at 32°C (90°F) or in the original unopened container, these products have a useful life of 24 months from the date of manufacture.
